Key Dates to Remember:
Friday, June 26th:
Annual Election Forms (Form PR2 and PR2b) due to Human Resources for the Plan Year starting July 1, 2009.
Wednesday, July 15th:
Payroll deductions are reset to zero unless new elections are made for the Plan Year starting July 1, 2009.
July 1, 2009 to September 15, 2009:
Grace Period allowing service dates to be claimed for the Plan Year ending June 30, 2009 or the new Plan Year ending June 30, 2010.
January 1, 2010:
Effective date for new hires after July 1, 2009 to enroll for reaminder of the Plan Year ending June 30, 2010.

Orientation Meetings Schedule:
Thursday, June 18th:
There are 3 meetings scheduled (about 60 minutes) at 750 Third Avenue, Room 1639.
Meetings will start at 11:00 am, 1:15 pm, and 3:00 pm.
While everyone is invited, the information will be geared towards new hires in 2009. RSVP by E-mail or phone to Human Resources on or before June 12th.
