Key Dates to Remember:
Tuesday, August 31st:
Limited Purpose FSA Annual Election Forms (Form PR2 and PR2b) are due to Human Resources for the Plan Year starting September 1, 2010.
Wednesday, September 15th:
Payroll deductions are reset to zero unless new elections are made for the LPFSA Plan Year starting September 1, 2010.
July 1, 2010 to September 15, 2010:
Grace Period allowing services for these dates to be claimed for the Flex Plan Year ending either on June 30, 2010 or the new Plan Year ending on August 31, 2011.
September 1, 2010 to November 15, 2010:
Grace Period allowing services for these dates to be claimed for the LPFSA Plan Years ending either on August 31, 2010 or the new Plan Year ending on August 31, 2011.
January 1, 2011:
Effective date for new hires after July 1, 2010 to enroll for reaminder of the Plan Year ending August 31, 2011.

Orientation Meetings Schedule:
Tuesday, August 24th:
There are 2 meetings scheduled (about 60 minutes) at 750 Third Avenue starting at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
While everyone is invited, the information will be geared towards the Limited Purpose FSA enrollment for the new Plan Year starting September 1, 2010. RSVP by E-mail or phone to Human Resources on or before August 20th.
